Login and Use the Message Form to submit Repair Request or Any Requests with which you need help!

Request Repair or Help

  1. Login; if you do not have an account, crate one
  2. Enter your message in the Message Form
  3. Attach any attachments, photos, documents, etc
  4. Send your message
  5. View all of your messages/requests and the status of each

Once you login to the Web Portal, it knows who you are:

  • Your address and contact information is will be attached to each message based upon your lease.. you do not need to add them.
  • If you have new or alternate contact information (phone or email)- then you will need to add that information to your message.
  • This is the best place to update your contact information or advise us of changes, as well as request service.

Your request will be sent immediately, by email, to ALL of the Right Choice Team Members who can respond to, or expedite your request! 

It is that FAST and SIMPLE!

Your request will immediately be added to the Company Task List!

Your requests are automatically connected to your account.

  • So, your requests cannot be lost.
  • And you can check the status of your request 24/7/365!

  • We can see a log of all calls and faxes, however, you cannot.  
  • You cannot see your Voice Mail and Fax Requests or track their progress, update them or view your Requests and Message History.
